Rugged Mobility on a Diet – New Light Weight Tablet Computers

Captec Light Weight Rugged Tablets Main Image 1307Ruggedisation often comes with a penalty to size and weight, but no longer. Captec’s latest light weight tablets are designed to withstand rough treatment, shock and vibration, and are sealed against dust and moisture which makes them highly portable without compromising survivability.

Field service and mobile workforce management demand a tablet computer that can both survive the challenges of being used outdoors and rough handling, whilst not encumbering its user with a bulky and heavy device that might reduce mobility and field efficiency.
