The Cincoze DX-1100 is a compact, fanless rugged embedded computer supporting 9th and 8th Generation Intel® Xeon® and Core™ processors with up to eight cores and 64 GB DDR4 memory. Featuring dual Gigabit Ethernet, eight USB ports, four serial interfaces, triple independent display support and two hot-swappable SATA drive bays, the system provides high-performance computing hardware for demanding industrial applications. Modular CMI and CFM expansion enables additional I/O and optional PoE+ or ignition sensing functionality, while the rugged metal enclosure supports 9–48 V DC input, multiple mounting arrangements and processor-dependent wide-temperature operation.

The DX-1100 supports 9th and 8th Generation Intel® Xeon® and Core™ processors, alongside selected Intel® Pentium® and Celeron® options. Based on the Intel® C246 chipset, the system provides processing configurations with up to eight cores and up to 64 GB DDR4 memory through two SO-DIMM sockets, supporting demanding industrial computing requirements.
The DX-1100 includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports, eight USB interfaces and four RS-232/422/485 serial ports, with additional connectivity available through Cincoze CMI and CFM modules. Compatible options support additional Ethernet and serial interfaces, CAN FD, digital I/O, PoE+ and power ignition sensing. Three full-size Mini-PCIe sockets and an M.2 Key E socket provide further expansion options for supported communication modules.
Two front-accessible 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD bays support hot-swappable storage, while three mSATA sockets provide additional storage interfaces through shared Mini-PCIe connections. The system supports software RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10. Integrated DVI-I, DisplayPort and HDMI outputs enable three independent displays, providing flexible visual interfaces for industrial control, monitoring and computing applications.
The DX-1100 features a compact extruded aluminium and heavy-duty metal enclosure with a fanless, cableless and unibody design. It supports 9–48 V DC input and wall, VESA, DIN rail or side mounting. Specified operating temperatures range from -40°C to +70°C with 35 W processors, with lower maximum temperatures for higher-TDP configurations. The manufacturer also documents IEC shock and vibration performance and railway-related environmental tests.
