Our rugged servers have been designed specifically for challenging defence applications, such as counter-UAS, electronic warfare (EW) systems and command and control solutions. The rugged servers are designed and formally qualified to required military standards, some of which include MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G and DO-160G, for use in harsh environments.
The Captec CRS-215 Rugged GPU Server offers high processing performance in a short depth 19” rackmount form factor. Secure fibre interfaces are available up to 100Gb/s, giving high bandwidth for connecting data around the wider system. Enhanced EMI filtering combined with a rugged aluminium chassis provides a low EMI signature, suitable for use in TEMPEST environments.

The Captec SES range is a family of highly secure servers that have been developed in close collaboration and partnership with Viasat. The SES-120 incorporates Viasat’s DARC-ssd® 600 drives, an NCSC CAPS-evaluated technology, to safeguard official, secret, and top-secret information in enterprise and tactical environments, such as data stored in vehicles, aircraft, and ships.
Featuring military-grade AES-256 hardware encryption and a tamper-evident design, the SES-120 is engineered with custom forced-air cooling, to minimise throttling during heavy workloads. It is available in a compact 2U form factor with up to four 1Tb NVMe™ SSD drives, which can be unlocked in a single drive set.

The SES range is available with optional ruggedisation up to MIL standard if required, to support deployment in demanding environments.
